- 1/4 pound chinese pea pods
- 5 tablespoons oil in wok
- 1/4 cup almonds (halved)
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons wine (white)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch with
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 slices water chestnuts (sliced)
- some salt and pepper
