- 75 ml oil in wok
- 32 gr halved almonds
- 16 ml sherry
- 16 ml water
- 10 ml white wine
- 16 ml oyster sauce
- 5 ml water
- 3 gr cornstarch with
- 2 gr sugar
- 2 gr salt
- 2 slices water chestnuts sliced
- some salt and pepper
