- 270 gr chicken breast cubed (boneless)
- 95 gr chinese pea pods
- 75 ml oil in wok
- 32 gr almonds (halved)
- 16 ml sherry
- 16 ml water
- 10 ml wine (white)
- 16 ml oyster sauce
- 5 ml water
- 3 gr cornstarch with
- 2 gr sugar
- 2 gr salt
- 2 slices water chestnuts (sliced)
- some salt and pepper
