Ingredients
- 1 southern comfort liquor
- 3/4 this will keep in the refrigerator for weeks
- 3 c ketchup
- 3 c steak sauce
- 4 c onions
- 1 lb andouille sausage
- 1 lb andouille
- 1 cup sauce
- 1 c peanut oil
- 1 c bell pepper
- 1/2 c louisiana sauce (hot)
- 1 c celery
- 1 c parsley
- 2 t cayenne pepper
- 1 t garlic
