• 1/2 c shortening
• 2 tb sour milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp vinegar (plus)
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tb baking soda
• 2 tsp milk be substituted in place of the sour milk
• 1 ts vanilla
• 1 ts salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
