- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 bottled
- 1 wine vinegar
- 2 c leftover asian rice pilaf
- 1/2 c water chestnuts (sliced)
- 1/4 c carrot (thin)
- 3 tb oil
- 1/4 c celery (thin)
- 3 tablespoons rice
- 1 tb peanuts (roasted)
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 3 slices green onions
combine. Pour over the salad and serve at once.
