Ingredients
- 2 1/2 muffin (pan)
- 2 eggs
- 1 bacon drippings until tender
- 5/8 rds full
- 1/2 bacon
- 2 1/4 c unbleached flour
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 3/8 c milk
- 1/4 c onion (chopped)
- 3 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
Bake in 375 degree F. Oven 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with homemade jelly or jam.
