Ingredients
- 2 1/2 muffin (pan)
- 2 eggs
- 1 bacon drippings until tender
- 5/8 rds full
- 1/2 bacon
- 280 gr unbleached flour
- 240 ml dairy sour cream
- 80 ml milk
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 14 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
Bake in 190ºC . Oven 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with homemade jelly or jam.
