Ingredients
- 300 over
- 8 ears corn kernels (fresh)
- 1 okra (fresh)
- 1 onion
- 1/2 monterey jack (shredded)
- 1 ts basil (chopped fresh)
- 4 slices ripe tomatoes
- 2 packages okra (frozen sliced)
- 2 slices bell peppers
- 2 packages lima beans (frozen)
- 2 packages corn (frozen)
- 2 slices serrano chiles
- 1 slice rib celery
- some black pepper to
- some salt and pepper
NOTE: This can be baked in the morning and reheated slowly before serving. It tastes even better the second day.
