Ingredients

- 3 pans
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 arrowroot
- 1 1/2 c ripe mashed bananas (very)
- 1 3/4 c sifted amaranth flour
- 3/4 c nuts (chopped)
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c oil
- 1/4 c nuts in a blender until (finely ground)
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 2 ts baking soda
- 1 ts pure vanilla extract
