- 2 eggs
- 1/2 arrowroot
- 220 gr ripe mashed bananas (very)
- 220 gr sifted amaranth flour
- 100 gr nuts (chopped)
- 60 ml honey
- 60 ml oil
- 36 gr nuts in a blender until (finely ground)
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 9 gr baking soda
- 4 gr pure vanilla extract
