Ingredients
- 2 on baking shee (inches apart)
- 2 level measuring tablespoonfuls of dough a mound to form cookie (into)
- 1 egg
- 1 walnuts
- 1/4 mashed
- 3 c sugar
- 1 3/4 c oats
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 1/2 c flour
- 1 1/4 c bananas
- 3/4 c butter flavor crisco
- 3/4 cup butter flavor crisco
- 1/2 cup nu drop
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 2 tb butter flavor crisco
- 2 tablespoons butter flavor crisco
- 1 ts lemon juice
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts cinnamon
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/4 ts nutmeg
bananas and lemon juice. Add confectioners sugar. Beat until smooth. Frost cooled cookies. Sprinkle with finely chopped walnuts, if desired. Makes 5 dozen 2 inch cookies.
