Ingredients
- 6 garlic (minced)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 sweet green pepper
- 1 lb beef (lean ground)
- 14 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 c wine (red)
- 1 tb olive oil
- 1 ts leaf basil (dried)
- 1/2 ts leaf oregano
Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat. Add ground beef to onions and garlic. Saute for 2 min. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often. Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 5 min.
