Ingredients
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 15 ounce butter beans
- 15 ounce kidney beans (light red)
- 15 ounce dark kidney beans (red)
- 15 ounce beans (white)
- 1/2 pound turkey sausage
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Cook sausage, then drain well. Drain all beans well. Mix sausage with remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 F. for 1 hour.
