Ingredients
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 425 gr butter beans
- 425 gr kidney beans (light red)
- 425 gr dark kidney beans (red)
- 425 gr beans (white)
- 130 gr turkey sausage
- 120 ml tomato sauce
- 110 gr brown sugar
- 16 ml molasses
- 16 ml cider vinegar
- 16 ml worcestershire sauce
Cook sausage, then drain well. Drain all beans well. Mix sausage with remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 1 hour.
