Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 well
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 savory
- 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 4 ounces spinach (chopped fresh rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/4 teaspoons onion (dried minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
Blend cheeses, onion, oil and seasonings until smooth. Add eggs, milk, and spin ach. Pour into prebaked (according to directions on box) pie crust shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6 slices . Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
