Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 well
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 savory
- 120 gr swiss cheese (shredded)
- 120 ml evaporated milk
- 60 gr monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 60 gr cottage cheese
- 16 gr spinach (chopped fresh rinsed)
- 16 ml olive oil
- 3 gr onion (dried minced)
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 gr garlic salt
- 1 gr basil
Blend cheeses, onion, oil and seasonings until smooth. Add eggs, milk, and spin ach. Pour into prebaked (according to directions on box) pie crust shell. Bake at 190ÂșC or 35 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 6 slices . Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
