Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 1/2 c water
- 2 1/2 c black beans (cooked)
- 2 c rice
- 7 tb olive oil
- 2 ts salt
- some in a pot
