Ingredients
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1,100 ml water
- 650 gr black beans (cooked)
- 240 gr rice
- 100 ml olive oil
- 6 gr salt
- some in a pot
