- 2 mash the blue cheese with the yogurt
- 1 gelozone
- 1 trim the stalks from the radicchio
- 5/8 eggs (hard boiled)
- 91 5/8 g greek strained yogurt
- 58 3/8 g creamy blue cheese
- 2 tb mixed herbs (fresh)
- 16 5/8 g hazelnuts (toasted ground)
- 3/8 tb mayonnaise
- 1/4 ts paprika seasoning
