- 2 grapefruits
- 260 gr pink alaska salmon (canned)
- 150 ml greek strained yogurt
- 90 gr curd cheese
- 32 gr smoked salmon
- 30 ml grapefruit juice
- 18 gr gelatine
- 16 ml walnut oil
- 7 gr root ginger (minced fresh)
