Ingredients
- 6 muffins at a time around the outside edge of the turn- table
- 2 1/4 bran (whole)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 full
- 1 c buttermilk
- 1 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 3/8 c dark molasses
- 1/2 c dark seedless raisins
- 1/4 c firm packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c vegetable shortening
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts baking soda
- 1 ts salt
Makes 12 muffins
