- 240 ml buttermilk
- 130 gr sifted all-purpose flour
- 80 ml dark molasses
- 85 gr dark seedless raisins
- 55 gr firm packed dark brown sugar
- 50 gr vegetable shortening
- 5 gr baking powder
- 5 gr baking soda
- 3 gr salt
