Ingredients
- 4 chicken joints
- 1 sweet brown pickle
- 2 oz margarine
- 1 tb worcestershire sauce
- 2 ts mustard powder
- 1 tb flour (plain)
- 1 ts caster sugar
- 1 ts curry powder
Set oven to 190C,375F,Gas Mark 5. Place the chicken joints in an oven proof dish. Mix together the remaining ingredients and spread over the chicken. Bake for 1 hour, turning once, until cooked. Garnish with lemon slices and serve hot with vegetables.
