  • 55 gr margarine
  • 16 ml worcestershire sauce
  • 10 gr mustard powder
  • 8 gr flour (plain)
  • 4 gr caster sugar
  • 2 gr curry powder

Chicken Mulligatawny

  • 10 curry leaves
  • 5 cm stick cinnamon
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic (cloves)
  • 1 steaming chicken
  • 1 strain stock a bowl (into)
  • 1 onion (peeled)
  • 1 lemon juice to (taste)
  • 1 cummin (ground)
  • 1 few celery leaves

Chicken Saute With Peppers

  • 4 peppers (red halved)
  • 4 chicken joints
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 salt
  • 1/2 stock
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • 75 ml soured cream
  • 18 gr paprika
  • 16 ml oil
  • 10 gr tomato puree

Chicken Saute With Wine Vinegar

  • 4 chicken joints
  • 2 tomatoes skinned seeded chopd
  • 1 onion (chopped finely)
  • 200 ml wine vinegar (red)
  • 250 ml chicken stock
  • 14 gr butter
  • 16 ml oil
  • 10 gr tomato puree
