Ingredients

• 8 squid
• 4 bay leaves
• 2 garlic (cloves chopped)
• 1 parsley sprigs
• 1 squid was prepared this way for us on the beach on catalina island
• 1/2 lemon (chopped)
• 1/2 oil in skillet over coals
• 1/2 onion mixture from (pan)
• 4 cups rice (cooked)
• 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1/4 teaspoon thyme (dried crushed)
• 1 dash paprika
• some salt and pepper
