- 4 bay leaves
- 2 garlic (cloves chopped)
- 1 parsley sprigs
- 1 squid was prepared this way for us on the beach on catalina island
- 1/2 lemon (chopped)
- 1/2 oil in skillet over coals
- 1/2 onion mixture from (pan)
- 475 gr rice (cooked)
- 60 gr onion (chopped)
- 60 ml olive oil
- 8 gr flour
- 1 gr thyme (dried crushed)
- 1 gr paprika
- some salt and pepper
