Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1/4 thickness
- 2 c swiss cheese
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c water
- 1/4 c sherry
- 3/8 cup swiss cheese
- 4 t butter
- 1 1/2 t cooking oil
- 1 t water
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1 t cornstarch
- 7 slices ham (thin)
6. Add sherry and butter. Serve hot over cooked chicken.
