Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1/4 thickness
- 250 gr swiss cheese
- 220 gr brown sugar
- 120 ml water
- 60 ml sherry
- 40 gr swiss cheese
- 20 gr butter
- 7 ml cooking oil
- 5 ml water
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 3 gr cornstarch
- 7 slices ham (thin)
6. Add sherry and butter. Serve hot over cooked chicken.
