Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 6 ounces balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons cilantro (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 2 teaspoons rosemary (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons basil (chopped)
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a wire whisk. Marinate chicken for 8 hours or more. Pan fry in a skillet or grill over hot coals. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables.
