Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts (boneless)
- 240 ml pineapple juice
- 170 ml balsamic vinegar
- 120 ml olive oil
- 6 gr garlic (minced)
- 6 gr cilantro (chopped)
- 3 gr pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 2 gr rosemary (chopped)
- 1 gr basil (chopped)
Directions: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a wire whisk. Marinate chicken for 8 hours or more. Pan fry in a skillet or grill over hot coals. Serve with rice and mixed vegetables.
