Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno chiles
- 1/2 c cream
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- 1 tb butter
- 2 tb onion (minced)
- 1 ts salt
- 1/2 ts cumin (ground)
This is creamy, hot and perfect to serve with noodles or grilled meats. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS except butter in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until reduced by about 1/2. Pour into a blender and puree. Replace the sauce in the saucepan, place over low heat and whisk in the butter. Makes 1 1/2 Cups
