Ingredients
- 2 jalapeno chiles
- 120 ml cream
- 120 ml chicken stock
- 14 gr butter
- 12 gr onion (minced)
- 3 gr salt
- 1 gr cumin (ground)
This is creamy, hot and perfect to serve with noodles or grilled meats. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS except butter in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until reduced by about 0.5. Pour into a blender and puree. Replace the sauce in the saucepan, place over low heat and whisk in the butter. Makes 1.5 Cups
