Ingredients
- 75 stalks celery w
- 75 potatoes (diced)
- 75 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1350 ounces corn kernels (canned)
- 150 cup chicken broth
- 75 pounds pork (boneless)
- 448 ounce green chili peppers
- 2 3/8 cups vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups cumin (ground)
Lightly brown the pork cubes in oil in a Dutch oven or deep skillet over medium high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover. Simmer for 1 hour.
