Ingredients
- 75 stalks celery w
- 75 potatoes (diced)
- 75 tomatoes (chopped)
- 24,800 gr corn kernels (canned)
- 35,500 ml chicken broth
- 19,400 gr pork (boneless)
- 12,700 gr green chili peppers
- 550 ml vegetable oil
- 150 gr cumin (ground)
Lightly brown the pork cubes in oil in a Dutch oven or deep skillet over medium high heat. Add the rest of the ingredients. Cover. Simmer for 1 hour.
