- 21 muffins
 - 20 hand strokes
 - 12 directions crumble mixture place of broken chocolate (pieces)
 - 6 to distribute butter (seconds into very pieces)
 - 1 egg
 - 1 egg yolk
 - 5/8 full
 - 1/4 pecans
 - 2 cups directions to marble crumble with dough
 - 1 3/4 c unsifted flour
 - 5/8 c sugar
 - 1/2 c butter (cold)
 - 2 oz ghirardelli sweet dark -chocolate
 - 2 tb packed brown sugar
 - 1 tb baking powder
 - 1 tb butter (cold)
 - 2 ts water
 - 1/2 ts salt
 - 1/4 ts instant coffee
 - 1/2 ts cinnamon (ground)
 - 1/2 ts orange rind (grated fresh)
 
the muffins. Muffins should be golden brown and baked in the center. Cool in pans about 5 minutes to firm muffins before removing. Serve warm.
