- 50 gr ghirardelli sweet dark -chocolate
- 28 gr packed brown sugar
- 14 gr baking powder
- 14 gr butter (cold)
- 10 ml water
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr instant coffee
- 1 gr cinnamon (ground)
- 1 gr orange rind (grated fresh)
the muffins. Muffins should be golden brown and baked in the center. Cool in pans about 5 minutes to firm muffins before removing. Serve warm.
