Ingredients
- 30 secon beat on speed
- 6 eggs (whole)
- 6 green food color
- 3 drops food color
- 3 drops food color until smooth
- 2 egg whites in bowl on low speed
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 wide
- 1/2 batter
- 12 cup bundt cake (pan)
- 1 3/8 c oil
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 3/8 c water
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 2 tb sugar
- 1 tb corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tb chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 ts water
- 1 ts shortening
- 1/2 t water to make a glaze that be easily (thick)
- 3/8 t peppermint extract
- 3/8 ts peppermint extract
- 1 package devils food cake mix
drizzled. Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over cake; immediately spoon melted chocolate over glaze in 1/2-inch wide ring. Working quickly, pull toothpick through chocolate to make swirls. Refrigerate until serving time. Refrigerate any remaining cake. Source Debbie Nichols ----
