- 2 egg whites in bowl on low speed
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 wide
- 1/2 batter
- 1,500 gr bundt cake (pan)
- 325 ml oil
- 200 gr powdered sugar
- 80 ml water
- 85 ml cream cheese
- 26 gr sugar
- 22 gr corn syrup
- 16 gr chocolate chips
- 12 ml water
- 4 gr shortening
- 2 ml water to make a glaze that be easily (thick)
- 1 gr peppermint extract
- 1 gr peppermint extract
- 1 package devils food cake mix
drizzled. Drizzle powdered sugar glaze over cake; immediately spoon melted chocolate over glaze in 1 cm wide ring. Working quickly, pull toothpick through chocolate to make swirls. Refrigerate until serving time. Refrigerate any remaining cake. Source Debbie Nichols ----
