Ingredients
- 30 shelled hazelnuts (whole)
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 in diameter
- 1/2 stick
- 1 1/2 lb good-quality unsweetened
- 14 oz chocolate in a saucepan over low (heavy)
- 10 oz chocolate in a saucepan (heavy)
- 1 c confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar in
- 1/2 c sugar in
- 1 c sifted unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c scotch whiskey
in the melted chocolate, covering it completely. Then lift it out with a fork and roll it in the cocoa. Arrange the truffles on the baking sheet again, and chill before serving.
