Ingredients
- 4 chicken boullion (cubes)
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 3/8 bag garbanzo beans
- 28 ounces water
- 28 ounces tomatoes
- 1 pound chicken breast meat bite sized (cut pieces)
- 1 cup tomato salsa (fresh)
- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup carrots (sliced)
- 1/2 cup celery (sliced)
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Brown chicken, onions, garlic. Add all tomatoes, water, and beans and simmer 30 min. Add all other ingredients and simmer until beans and vegetables are tender.
