Ingredients
- 1 chili (dried)
- 650 gr skinned chicken
- 180 gr onion (finely chopped)
- 160 gr fine tomato (chopped)
- 120 ml water
- 60 ml vegetable oil
- 8 gr salt
- 7 gr ginger (chopped fresh)
- 5 ml vinegar
- 3 gr garam masala
- 3 gr garlic (finely chopped)
