Ingredients
- 4 chicken boullion (cubes)
- 2 garlic (cloves minced)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- 3/8 bag garbanzo beans
- 800 ml water
- 525 gr tomatoes
- 270 gr chicken breast meat bite sized (cut pieces)
- 160 gr tomato salsa (fresh)
- 120 gr onion (chopped)
- 65 gr carrots (sliced)
- 50 gr celery (sliced)
- 8 gr chili powder
- 1 gr cumin
Brown chicken, onions, garlic. Add all tomatoes, water, and beans and simmer 30 min. Add all other ingredients and simmer until beans and vegetables are tender.
