Ingredients
- 9 pastry shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 unbaked
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 1/4 c flaked coconut
- 1/2 c pecans
- 2 ts lemon juice
- 1 ts vanilla extract
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME OCT/NOV 95 In a mixing bowl, beat eggs. Add sugar, butter, lemon juice and vanilla; mix well. Stir in coconut and pecans; pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until set. Cool completely. Store in the ----
