Ingredients
- 2 crawfish tails
- 1 water
- 1 bacon drippings
- 2 lb beef (lean ground)
- 1 c dry wine (white)
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 c onions (chopped)
- 3 tb chili powder
- 1 tb soy sauce
- 2 ts salt
- 1 t lemon
- 1 t garlic
- 1 t cayenne pepper
- 1 tb parsley (dried)
- 1 t mint (dried)
Brown meat in bacon drippings. Combine all other ingredients with meat and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few hours. From Justin Wilson's "Gourmet and Gourmand Cookbook"
