Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c milk
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 c flour
- 3 1/2 tb peach juice
- 3 tb butter
- 2 tb sugar
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 1/2 ts nutmeg (fresh grated)
- 1 package vanilla pudding
- 1 package peaches (sliced)
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine and beat first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan. Place sliced peaches on top of batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Beat 2 minutes. Smooth with a spoon to within 1/2 inch edge of the pie pan. Mix sugar and spices, sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. ----
