Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 120 ml milk
- 230 ml cream cheese
- 100 gr sugar
- 95 gr flour
- 50 ml peach juice
- 45 gr butter
- 26 gr sugar
- 5 gr baking powder
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg (fresh grated)
- 1 package vanilla pudding
- 1 package peaches (sliced)
Preheat oven to 180ºC . Combine and beat first 7 ingredients for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 25 cm pie pan. Place sliced peaches on top of batter. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Beat 2 minutes. Smooth with a spoon to within 1 cm edge of the pie pan. Mix sugar and spices, sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. ----
