Ingredients
- 22 precooked cannelloni (dried)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c chicken stock
- 1 1/2 c chicken (diced cooked)
- 3/4 c swiss cheese (grated)
- 3/4 c ricotta cheese
- 3 tb butter
- 3/8 c slivered almonds (toasted)
- 3 tb flour
- 1/4 c parmesan (freshly grated)
- 2 tb parmesan (freshly grated)
- 1/4 ts nutmeg (grated)
- 1 package spinach (frozen)
Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan. Saute onion until tender. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add
