Ingredients
- 50 chinese vermicelli
- 1 the coriander (finely chop)
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 pepper (red)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 200 g baby corn
- 200 g straw mushrooms
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1/8 c malt vinegar
- 1/4 c coriander leaves
- 1 ts brown sugar
- 1 ts ginger (grated fresh)
- 1/2 tb coriander (chopped)
- 1/2 ts oil
- 1/2 ts preserved chilli (chopped)
