Ingredients
- 50 chinese vermicelli
- 1 the coriander (finely chop)
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 pepper (red)
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 130 gr baby corn
- 70 gr straw mushrooms
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 30 ml malt vinegar
- 24 gr coriander leaves
- 5 gr brown sugar
- 5 gr ginger (grated fresh)
- 3 gr coriander (chopped)
- 2 ml oil
- 1 gr preserved chilli (chopped)
