Ingredients
- 6 green thai chiles
- 3 onions
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onions in a blender
- 14 c cashews
- 3 lb chicken
- 16 oz coconut milk
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 1 tb coconut (toasted)
- 2 ts coriander seeds
- 2 ts cumin (ground)
- 1 ts rice (toasted)
- 1/4 ts cinnamon (ground)
- 1 pn ginger (fresh)
- 1/8 ts nutmeg (ground)
To toast rice: Place the rice along with a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, and heat until the rice turns brown. ----
